Collection Information



All algae were collected from lakes, rivers, and streams in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.  Various methods including plankton toes, rock scrapings, and log scrappings were used to obtain algae.  Below is a table giving specific dates, temperatures, and collection information for each site visited.
